Subscribe and Save is a rip-off
This review isn't about the app. The app is fine with me. This is most Amazon's subscribe and save. I had many items on it and realized the item was cheaper if I had ordered information technology myself. I contacted custom service and was told to wait until I receive the item before they would give me the cheaper toll. I'grand figuring when I did receive it, the cheaper cost would be gone and they wouldn't refund or they count on a customer forgetting to contact them. I canceled my five year prime membership along with canceling all subscribe and saves. Prime number has gotten to be a joke, too. I loved the music. Now they want to you pay MORE to hear upwardly-to-date good music past subscribing to their music service. The only reason I had prime number was for the shipping and the music. Now we're down to one and I've been finding better pricing on items I buy elsewhere. Prime is no longer worth information technology for me. So disappointed.
Has frustrating UI issues
The filter features and scroll action are frustrating and counter-intuitive in my opinion. The filters are tedious to update and use on a telephone user interface (iPhone). Any time I want to employ filters, I accept to tap > open drop down > select filter properties > tap "Run into ## Results". I'm not able to apply multiple filters without the entire page refreshing and taking me back to my dashboard. Some filter properties also can't be selected which makes searching for clothing and shoe items really difficult. I.e. I am trying to search for women's sneakers in size 9—the size ix filter property is listed, but is gray'd out and can't be selected. It only makes searching for items in specific sizes and styles impossible.
The app likewise has consistent problems with scrolling. Most of the time, I accept to close and reopen the app a few times earlier I can actually scroll down a page without it bouncing back to the top automatically.
I take no idea if the issues mentioned above stem from how Amazon's app and website function, or if information technology's an issue with my phone, but either way I commonly stop up feeling as well frustrated to desire to go along searching for things in-app.
